Scott Chisholm

Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Infinite Global Capital Partners (IGCP). Scott has four decades of leadership and dealmaking experience in the commercial real estate credit sector. Mr. Chisholm is trusted partner with many of the industry’s foremost investors and financial institutions.
Prior to forming IGCP with Marty Burger in 2025, Scott founded and managed Greystone Commercial Capital (GCC) and served as President and Chief Investment Officer in 2019. GCC focused on institutional structured CRE lending business including Agency, balance sheet syndications, and public and private capital markets syndications.
Prior to Greystone, Scott held senior management positions at a NYSE mortgage REIT, a top life insurance company, and major Wall Street banks. In 2009, during the Great Financial Crisis, Scott founded and served as CEO of Redwood Commercial Mortgage Corp, a division of a NYSE Mortgage REIT (NYSE: RWT). RCMC was an innovative and industry-leading CRE mezzanine and preferred equity provider, and CMBS lender through investment partnerships with over 30 financial institutions. Before Redwood, Scott was a Managing Director at PGIM after opening the company’s New York office in 2001. At PGIM, he oversaw commercial mortgage loan production including General Account, Agency, CMBS, FHA, and structured balance sheet debt. From 1992 to 2001 Scott worked in the commercial real estate finance departments at Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan Chase developing market-leading CMBS origination programs.
Scott served on the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and the Urban Development Mixed Use Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Scott established The Ryan Elizabeth Chisholm Foundation; a 501(c) 3 public charity focused on providing affordable housing in target urban markets, supporting student wellness and academic missions. Scott earned a B.A. from Trinity College and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
