Rich Swietkowski

Richard Swietkowski is a Director of Credit & Underwriting for IGCP. He has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience across all property types and with various capital sources. Prior to joining IGCP, Rich held underwriting and origination roles at several major financial institutions including Greystone Commercial Capital, KeyBank, Redwood Trust and Prudential. Rich graduated cum laude from Montclair State University, receiving a B.S with a major in business administration and concentration in accounting. Rich is a licensed CPA (Inactive) in New Jersey.
