Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Infinite Global Capital Partners (IGCP). Marty is the Co-Founder, CEO, and President of L&L Infinite Real Estate Partners, a firm focused on development, investment, and debt strategies across the United States. IGCP operates as an affiliate of L&L Infinite. With nearly four decades of experience, Marty is widely recognized as a leading real estate executive, having developed some of the country’s most iconic projects and overseen investment platforms that have deployed tens of billions of dollars.
Before forming Infinite Global Real Estate Partners and IGCP, Marty served for 14 years as CEO of Silverstein Properties, a $20 billion New York-based real estate firm. During his tenure, he led the development of several marquee projects, including the redevelopment of the World Trade Center, Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World, Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown and 30 Park Place Residences, the Disney/ABC Headquarters at 7 Hudson Square, and One West End Avenue. He also oversaw major acquisitions such as U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles, 1735 Market Street in Philadelphia, and Disney/ABC’s Upper West Side campus.
At Silverstein, Marty also launched several real estate platforms, including Silverstein Capital Partners, a $5.3 billion debt platform; the $1.1 billion Cantor Silverstein Opportunity Zone Trust; the Silverstein Regional Center (EB-5); and the firm’s Israeli Bond Program, which raised over $500 million on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Earlier in his career, Marty spent 15 years at Related Companies, serving as President of Related Las Vegas and Executive Vice President. He played a key role in landmark developments such as Time Warner Center (now Deutsche Bank Center) in New York City, CityPlace in West Palm Beach, and the World Market Center in Las Vegas. He has also held leadership roles at Artisan Real Estate Ventures, The Blackstone Group, and Goldman Sachs.
Marty is deeply engaged in philanthropic, civic, and industry initiatives. He serves on the boards of SparkYouth and National Jewish Health and is co-chair of the Real Estate Division of the Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces. He is also a trustee and governor of the Urban Land Institute and a member of several prominent real estate and civic organizations, including the Citizens Budget Commission and REBNY. In addition, Marty contributes to leading academic institutions, serving on advisory and executive committees at Wharton, Cornell, NYU, and UC Berkeley. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
