JP Chisholm
Originations and Chief Operating Officer
JP Chisholm is COO and Director of Originations for IGCP. He has 20 years of Investment Management and Operational experience. Before IGCP, JP was a Director of Originations and Transaction Management at Greystone Commercial Capital. Prior to joining Greystone, JP served as the Chief Operating Officer at Subsea Environmental Services and was responsible for general management of operations in Europe, Asia, Central America, and North America. JP was an Investment Officer for the Phillips Academy (Andover) endowment, where he was responsible for selection and oversight of managers for an $800 million endowment. JP also held a research fellowship at the Library of Congress after beginning his career at Lazard Asset Management. JP graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics.
