Jeff Dybas
Managing Director – Production and Capital Markets
Jeff has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience across all property types with both debt and equity capital sources. He is responsible for Origination, Capital Markets, and Transaction Management. Prior to joining IGCP, Jeff was and executive at Cushman & Wakefield, raising debt and equity for clients. Jeff also was a senior deal executive in prior years at Spaxel as CIO and as a debt originator/underwriter at financial institutions including Nuveen, Starwood Property Trust, Bank of America, Anglo Irish Bank, and Deutsche Bank. Jeff earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Virginia.
