Infinite Global Capital Partners, Circle Property Partners, and Sculptor Real Estate have joined forces to convert 809 Madison Avenue into an ultra-luxury condominium. Backed by a $95 million financing package, the project will transform a landmarked Upper East Side building into one of Manhattan’s most exclusive new residential offerings.

Infinite Global Capital Partners, along with Circle Property Partners and Sculptor Real Estate, have partnered to capitalize the conversion of 809 Madison Avenue into an ultra-luxury condominium development. Located at the southeast corner of Madison Avenue and 68th Street in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, this project will transform a landmarked building into one of the city’s most exclusive new residential offerings.

"This execution was a sophisticated financing for an elegant development of a timeless building in one of the most special neighborhoods in New York City."

The financing package included a $95 million first mortgage syndicated loan led by Infinite Global, alongside a preferred equity investment from Circle Property Partners and Sculptor Real Estate. Michael Campbell of the Carlton Group represented the sponsor on the financing.

The project was assembled and designed by Macklowe Properties, with architecture led by SLCE Architects and Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The developer of the project will be Scott Shnay at SK Development Group.
